We want you to be completely satisfied with AeroVPN. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro subscriptions if the service does not meet your technical expectations.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

• The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Refunds apply only to the initial subscription, not to renewals.
• If you have violated our Terms & Conditions (e.g., using the service for illegal activities), you are not eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team from the email address you used to purchase the activation code. Include your Device ID and the activation code in your message.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Paymob and will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5-14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
